My lessons
The lesson plans located under this folder are a few examples of classes I have successfully run. The lessons show a broad range of topics on fitness, sport, and team-building. The lessons on "Rope Climb," "Resistance Bands," and "Power Lifting" are examples of fitness-based lessons designed to teach students a set of exercise skills that they can use to improve their own personal level of fitness. The lessons on "Continuous Kickball" and "Pass Ball" are examples of student-inclusive games where the students are practicing several sports skills in a single game, as well as developing/improving several motor skills and eye-limb coordination. The lessons on "Geocaching" and "Tug of War" are games that are designed with more of an adventure focus, where students do physical exercise but focus on problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
